AirBridge FZ-LLC (in the United Arab Emirates) and AirBridge Company (in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) (collectively and individually called “AirBridge” where applicable) and its affiliates (“we”) may collect the following personal information about its customers and other business contacts (“you”): names, passport details, emails, addresses and telephone numbers.

We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Only authorised persons are provided access to personally identifiable information collected via the website AirBridge.com or otherwise. Such individuals have received appropriate training and are bound by confidentiality.
How do we transfer and store information about you?
We are a global organization with entities and service providers around the world. Your personal data may be transferred to and stored outside the country where you are located. This includes countries that may not have laws offering equivalent levels of data protection.
For transfers from KSA and UAE, we implement necessary legal safeguards, including:
• ensuring the recipient country provides adequate protection as assessed by relevant authorities (e.g., Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) or UAE Data Office), or
• using contractual clauses approved by the competent authority

We may also make use of secure cloud-based services to store your data. All third-party providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for specified purposes, in line with legal requirements.
